Two-way voice monitoring is one of the best in alarm notification for law enforcement and other emergency agencies.  The way that Two-way voice works is when a alarm occurs at a site, our monitoring station can respond to the customer thru the keypad.  This is advantageous because a customer may be laying in the floor and not be able to get to a phone to respond and use our medical pendant to call for help and talk directly to our monitoring station from the floor and receive help in a life threatening situation.  Also Two-way voice also allows our monitoring station to listen in to whats happening in a home if the alarm is tripped and a break-in has occured.  Our operators can hear if someone is in the home and respond to law enforcement with a verified alarm at your residence, rather than a non-verified alarm which is what most alarm systems out there today uses.  First Security has long been a leader in bringing the best service available to our customers and we believe Two-way voice monitoring makes every home and business a safer place.
