First Security is a life safety company that covers all areas of security for residential and commercial.  We offer a full line of start to finish services in sales, installation, maintenance, and monitoring for our customers.  We offer protection for burglar alarms, fire alarms, medical alert, access control, and cctv systems.  At First Security we only offer the best equipment and services to our customers.  All of our equipment and services are UL-listed and approved for the peace of mind of our customers.  We offer our services for the states of West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio. 

First Security was established and incorporated in August of 1999 by Steve & Andy Boothe in the state of West Virginia.  Our belief then as well as now is that we wanted to start a business that will provide a service that makes a difference in a life. Our goal is secure each customer and go beyond their expectations.  First Security has over 5000 residential and commercial installations in the tri-state area.  This makes us one of the largest security intergrators in our area and brings a wealth of knowledge on how to get the job done and done right.

Prior to founding First Security, Mr. Steve Boothe worked in sales for 2 years in Alabama and Virginia, and became a founding and managing member of Alert Security located in Roanoke Virginia.  As a manager and founder, Mr. Steve Boothe was involved in all of the aspects of the business.  This included operation oversight, financial bookeeping, and the building and managing of people within the organization.  During this time Alert Security became one of the largest security companies in Virginia.  

Prior to founding First Security, Mr. Andy Boothe worked in sales for 2 years in Virginia for an insurance firm, before he began his employment with Alert Security located in Roanoke Virginia. After working on the fully staffed sales team of Alert Security, Mr. Andrew Boothe moved to the installation side of the business to gain a better understanding of all of the aspects of the security industry, and acquire the knowledge of the ever-changing technology that the security industry has to offer.  With over 10 years of experience the installation and service department has grown tremendously under Andrew's tenure, and this is the vitality to having a happy and content customers.
